First of all, I think this is a wonderful piece. the muscle shape on the legs looks great and the expression is wonderful. the proportions are great too. my main critiques here would be the positions of the hands don't look completely accurate to me, mainly on the hand clawing the tree, and perhaps the tail would be more effective with a pointed fur end rather than a rounded tip (but that's just personal preference I guess). but other than that this is a great piece, and also hasn't been ruined by bad scanning like many similar pieces. hope this helps for future work.
